Stacia Schaefer earned degrees in both English and Art from the University of Missouri and has worked as a graphic designer, writer and editor. She previously worked for the City of Columbia, the Museum of Art and Archaeology at MU, and Steerforth Press, plus as a freelancer for many clients. She is also an artist, primarily working in fiber and ceramic mediums, and her artwork can be found in local shops and under the name Stacia Schaefer Design on Etsy. A native Missourian, Schaefer enjoys camping and traveling with her family and spending time outdoors.
