Ann Lowe works as an archivist at the Cape Girardeau Research Center. Born in Minnesota, she grew up there and in Iowa and Missouri, and also lived in South Korea for 10 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a master’s degree in library and information science from Simmons University.
