The sixty-seventh annual Missouri Conference on History, hosted by Park University and sponsored by the State Historical Society of Missouri, will be held March 12-14, 2025, at the Adams Pointe Conference Center in Blue Springs. The conference brings together scholars, teachers, and other professional historians to share in the presentation of research, to exchange information on teaching and curriculum, to consider ways to promote the welfare of the profession and general interest in history, and to discuss other concerns common to all historians.

  • Early Bird Registration (on or before 2/10/25): $55 ea.
  • Standard Registration (2/11/25 – 2/24/25): $65 ea.
  • Late Registration (2/25/25 or later): $75 ea.
  • Students save $10 on registration fees

All presenters and participants must register for the conference. Submission of the registration form is a commitment to attend the conference, and reimbursement will not be issued for cancellations. Another member of your organization is welcome in your place if circumstances necessitate.

Roundtable titled “Preserving the Presidency: Presidential Libraries and Museums and the Semiquincentennial” with panelist Mark Adams, Director of the Harry S. Truman and Todd Arrington, Director of the Dwight D. Eisenhower presidential libraries and museums at the conference hotel.

Awards Luncheon will include both the annual business meeting and recognition of the 2025 winners of the Best Book Award, the Lawrence O. Christensen Article Award, the Petra DeWitt Student Paper Prize, and the Lynn and Kristen Morrow Missouri History Student Prize.
