Cynthia Evans is a multimedia artist and fabricator from El Paso TX. She received her Bachelor of Fina Art degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, double majoring in printmaking and metals. Cynthia moved to Missouri in the fall of 2019 to pursue a Master of Fine Art in fibers from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a focus on sculptural papermaking. While in Texas, she worked for the El Paso Museum of Art, the El Paso Art Association, and co-created Honeyguide Gallery. She loves engaging with communities though art, teaching, and material studies.
