Ashley Weaver is from southeast Missouri and has a long-standing passion for historic preservation. Weaver recently completed a Master of Arts degree in American History, with a focus on the Civil War and the American South at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. Her professional background includes work in regional history museums as a registrar and in collections management. Most recently, she assisted in creating a new archive space to house over 150 years of bound newspaper volumes at the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville & Christian County in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
