Missourian Society

Since its inception in 1898, SHSMO has existed to foster learning and research that explores the highs and lows of Missouri history through its collections of art, print and oral history.

The Missourian Society recognizes those individuals who have given generously through one-time or cumulative gifts. These closest friends of SHSMO have demonstrated their belief and commitment to our mission and wish to help us sustain our work through their generosity.

Membership in The Missourian Society is open to individuals and nonprofit organizations with cumulative giving of $25,000 or more, or $50,000 or more in a testamentary gift*.  Joint memberships are available for spouses.

Gifts

Eligibility in the Missourian Society is established through cumulative giving to any designated area or unrestricted giving that allows SHSMO to use your gift where it is needed most.

Contact us at (573) 882-0445 or GivingToSHSMO@shsmo.org for more information about inclusion in the Missourian Society.
