August 10, 2021, marks the 200th anniversary of Missouri statehood and Missouri 2021 is encouraging communities across the state to commemorate the day with an ice cream social! On August 10, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Greene County will celebrate the 200th anniversary of Missouri statehood with an ice cream social at the Greene County Historic Courthouse. Join the celebration, and stop by the State Historical Society of Missouri’s table to visit with archivists Kathleen Seale and Haley Frizzle-Green.
