Reeder I Professor of nineteenth-century American history at Youngstown State University. Her talk will detail the efforts of Missouri's women, both Union and Confederate, to commemorate the Civil War, with a particular focus on the Department of Missouri's Woman's Relief Corps and the Missouri Division of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
